📦 SHIPPING & PROCESSING

How long does processing take? Everything is made to order — I’m not a factory. Processing usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on how many orders I’m juggling. ⚡

How long does shipping take? USPS usually delivers in 3–5 business days once it’s out of my hands. Sometimes they’re fast, sometimes they’re… USPS. ☄️

My tracking isn’t updating. Why? USPS updates whenever they feel like it. If it hasn’t moved in 5 days, just email me. ✦

Why does it say “in transit” forever? It’s literally just USPS being slow to scan. Your package is moving — they just don’t tell us every step. 🔥

⛓️ ORDERS & CHANGES

Can I change or cancel my order? If you message me before I start making it, I can change or cancel it. Once I start production, it’s locked in. ❗

I put the wrong address. What now? If it hasn’t shipped yet, I can fix it. If it’s already in transit, I’ll try, but USPS doesn’t always let me.

✦ RETURNS & ISSUES

Do you accept returns? All sales are final — everything is made to order. So no returns for size, color, or “I changed my mind.” 🖤

BUT if your item shows up damaged, misprinted, or wrong, that’s on me.

What do I do if something’s wrong? Email me within 7 days at hello@kingdomcore.shop with:

• Your order number

• A clear pic of the issue

• A quick explanation

If it’s my fault:

⚡ I’ll refund you so you can reorder the correct item.

Return Shipping:

• My mistake → I cover shipping

• Not my mistake → you cover shipping

Return Requirements:

• Contact me within 7 days

• Item is unworn + unwashed

• Tags + packaging still intact

• Proof of purchase

• Not a clearance/final sale item

• Issue is approved (damaged, misprint, wrong item)

Gift orders: Refund goes back to the original buyer so they can reorder it for you.

Important: If your return gets lost in the mail, I can’t replace it. Use trackable shipping.

📏 SIZING

How do your sizes fit? Regular streetwear fit. If you want that oversized look, go one size up. 🔥

💳 PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept? I use Stripe, so you can pay with:

• Credit/debit cards

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

• Whatever express checkout your phone suggests
